Welcome to Soft Water Experts! By engaging with our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Services Provided
Soft Water Experts specializes in the installation, maintenance, and repair of water softening and reverse osmosis systems for residential and commercial properties.
All services are performed by certified professionals using industry-standard equipment and practices.
2. Pricing and Payments
Pricing for services will be provided in advance and is subject to change based on the scope of work.
Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.
A deposit may be required for larger projects.
Late payments may incur additional fees.
3. Scheduling and Cancellations
Appointments must be scheduled in advance.
Cancellations or rescheduling require at least 24 hours’ notice. Failure to provide notice may result in a cancellation fee.
Soft Water Experts reserves the right to reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, equipment delays).
4. Warranties and Guarantees
All installations performed by Soft Water Experts are guaranteed for 90 days from the date of service. During this period, any issues arising from the installation will be repaired at no additional cost.
After the 90-day guarantee period, Soft Water Experts remains committed to resolving any issues with your water treatment systems. However, additional costs for parts, labor, or service calls may apply.
Warranties do not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, or unauthorized repairs.
5. Maintenance Services
Maintenance services are available for both Soft Water Experts-installed equipment and third-party systems.
Regular maintenance is recommended to ensure optimal performance and longevity of your water treatment systems.
Maintenance fees will be quoted in advance and are subject to change based on the scope of work.
6. Liability
Soft Water Experts is not liable for any pre-existing damage to plumbing, appliances, or property discovered during service.
While we take every precaution, Soft Water Experts is not responsible for damages caused by unforeseen circumstances (e.g., hidden leaks, structural issues).
Customers are responsible for ensuring access to the work area and securing pets or valuables.
7. Customer Responsibilities
Provide accurate information about your water treatment needs and property.
Ensure the work area is accessible and safe for our technicians.
Notify Soft Water Experts of any changes or concerns before or during service.
8. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from our services will be resolved through good-faith negotiations.
If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes may be escalated to mediation or arbitration in accordance with the laws of California, United States.
9. Changes to Terms and Conditions
Soft Water Experts reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Customers will be notified of significant changes.
10. Acceptance of Terms
By engaging with Soft Water Experts, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions.
